Coloring order
- Start with the bundle of barley stalks Ruth gathers in both hands and the wide field at her feet, in golden yellows.
- Color Ruth's blue tunic, the white cloth around her head and her long braid in colors that contrast with the field.
- Finish the basket beside her, the gleaners far off, the village on the hill and the olive tree, one small space at a time.
