Activity guide for this page
- Recommended age
- Ages 7–10
- Estimated time
- 20–35 min
- Difficulty
- Medium
- Areas to color
- about 60
Coloring order
- Color the slanting body of the Gallardo Superleggera, from the windshield over the roof, as the biggest area in one color.
- Use dark colors for the wide-open, mouth-like mesh vent under the bumper and the narrow, pointed headlights so they pop.
- Finish with silver-gray on the slotted side vent behind the door, the many-spoked wheels and the tip of the rear wing.
Questions to talk about
- The big vent under the bumper looks like a mouth. Is this car smiling?
- How many triangles can you find in the front of this car?
- Have you ever run so fast you got out of breath? How did your body feel afterward?
Take it further
Cut colored paper into triangles and trapezoids and glue them together into a pointy car front. Then count how many shapes you used.
Age and time are rough guides for a child coloring alone with pencils or crayons; every child is different. The area count is an estimate counted from the line-art image.
