How to play

  1. Look firstStart at the green arrow and follow the path with a finger or your eyes. At a dead end, go back to the last fork.
  2. Draw the lineOnce you find the way, draw it with a pencil or crayon without touching the dark walls.
  3. Check the answerWhen you reach the red arrow, check with "Show answer" or the answer sheet.
  4. Level upWhen Easy feels easy, try Medium and Hard of the same theme.

Choosing a level

  • Easy (ages 4–5): big cells and a short path. Good for a first maze.
  • Medium (ages 6–7): more forks and dead ends, and a longer path.
  • Hard (ages 8+): small cells and many dead ends; follow it step by step to the end.

At home and in class

  • Print the question and answer sheets together so children can check their own work.
  • Solving the three levels of one theme makes a 10–20 minute activity.
  • Afterwards, move on to coloring pages on the same theme; each maze page links to them.

Questions

Are the answers really correct?

Yes. The mazes are made by a computer program, so every maze can be solved and there is exactly one path from start to finish. The same program draws the answer along that path.

Can we play on screen?

Yes. Press "Play" on any maze to open it in a new window and draw the way with a stylus, a finger or a mouse. The line stops at walls, going back along it erases it, and reaching the finish shows the time and stars.

Can I print them?

Yes. Download the A4 question and answer sheets as PNG, or use "Print" to print the maze on screen.

Do they cost anything?

Everything is free to print for home and classroom use.

Will there be more mazes?

New themes will be added.
