Coloring order
- Start with Hana's cap, jacket and trousers. Pick a deep navy and fill those big areas evenly.

- Finish with the long baton at the lower right in bright yellow or orange, and the badge on her cap last.
Questions to talk about
- Who do you think Officer Hana is saluting right now?
- What might each of the things on her belt be used for?
- What do you do when you cross the street?
Take it further
Glue red and green paper circles onto sticks to make signals, then call out Stop and Go as you take turns crossing a pretend crosswalk.
Age and time are rough guides for a child coloring alone with pencils or crayons; every child is different. The area count is an estimate counted from the line-art image.
