Coloring order

Begin with the cloak and overskirt of Aurora Crystal Princess Luna. Use a deep navy like the reference, but leave the snowflake shapes white so the pattern stands out clearly.
The many layers of underskirt flowing down the front can shift from pale lavender at the top to sky blue at the bottom. Color her long twin ponytails and the snowflake wand in her hand at this step too.
Paint the rippling aurora in the sky with green and purple, side by side. Then finish the crescent moon, the spiky ice castle on the right, and the crystal clusters at her feet in sky blue and lilac.
