Questions to talk about

- If you could name the brightest star in the sky, what would you call it?
- Have you noticed that the moon looks different from night to night?
Take it further
Cut out crescent, half and full moon shapes from paper, line them up in order, and compare them with the moon tonight.
Age and time are rough guides for a child coloring alone with pencils or crayons; every child is different. The area count is an estimate counted from the line-art image.
