Coloring order

Start with the flagstone terrace and the low stone wall in pale beige and gray, so the Roadster 2nd gen standing on them will pop out clearly.
Color the long, low body of the Roadster 2nd gen red like the reference, and use dark gray for the slim slanted headlights and the slatted strip under the front bumper.
Save for last the telescope in the open slit of the dome, the rocky islets, the arched bridge between the cliffs and the spiky plant at bottom left.

Questions to talk about

What might the telescope in the dome be looking at?
The sun is sitting right on the sea. Is it morning or evening?
Have you ever watched the sun from somewhere high by the sea? What was it like?

Take it further

Cut a paper half circle for the dome and snip a slit down the middle. Peek through it at the sky outside a window and say what you see.
