Astronauts Coloring Pages
8 space-themed coloring pages on astronauts. Bold smooth lines and large closed areas suit seven-year-olds. Each page comes as a pair, a color reference and black-and-white line art to print, so you can follow the colors or choose your own. Handy for space lessons.

Ways to use this collection
Four young astronauts in spacesuits star here: a spaceship pilot, a Moon explorer, a Mars explorer and an asteroid-belt pilot. With control panels and joysticks, a flag on the lunar surface, a rover and red rocks, and asteroids outside the window, each page is full of props that lead straight into job play.
Activity ideas
- On the spaceship pilot page, add name tags like 'launch' and 'landing' to the control buttons and joystick, then swap pilot and mission-control roles with a partner.
- Draw a class star badge on the flag in the Moon explorer page, then have each child say one sentence about what news they would send from the Moon to Earth.
- After coloring the Mars page, gather clean pebbles, sand and cotton into a 'sample box' and sort similar things together with little name labels.
Tip The pilot pages have many control-panel and window shapes, so plan about thirty minutes, or begin with the Mars page, which has fewer shapes.
