Airplane Coloring Pages
14 printable coloring pages of airplanes drawn as characters. Each one has a name and a job, so there is something to talk about while coloring. The line art is 300 DPI, sized for full-page printing. Each comes as a pair: a color reference and black-and-white line art.

Ways to use this collection
Seven planes, each with its own name and its own job: Piper the propeller trainer, Juno the short-haul airliner, and Marina the floatplane, with Coby the cargo plane parked beside wooden crates. Sprout sprays water over a farm, Hope flies medical missions, and Nova is a research plane, so the backgrounds change from page to page too.
Activity ideas
- Sort the colored planes into four boxes on a big sheet: carrying people, hauling cargo, helping the sick, and watering fields.
- Wonder together what is inside Coby's wooden crates and where Hope is rushing to, and take turns adding one sentence each to build a short story.
- Fold paper airplanes and place them beside Piper and Juno, then fly them gently down a hallway, away from people, to see which one goes farthest.
Tip Ages 4 to 5 can start with pages that have big areas to fill, like Marina's water or Sprout's field; ages 6 and up can try Hope's wing pattern.
