Helicopter Coloring Pages
12 printable coloring pages of helicopters drawn as characters. Each one has a name and a job, so there is something to talk about while coloring. The line art is 300 DPI, sized for full-page printing. Each comes as a pair: a color reference and black-and-white line art.

Ways to use this collection
Rori the rescue helicopter wears her rescue gear against a mountain backdrop, while Cami the camera helicopter has landed on a pad near the city. Splash fights wildfires, Alpine carries loads over mountains, Mercy flies medical patients, and Hugo, a twin-rotor heavy lifter, makes six helicopters with six different missions.
Activity ideas
- Make mission cards (rescue, filming, putting out fires, hauling loads uphill, carrying patients, lifting heavy cargo) and match each card to the right helicopter.
- Glue a paper blade to the end of a straw and spin it between your palms to see how a helicopter's blades turn above its body.
- Ask how Splash might fetch water when a fire starts and how a rescued person might feel, then act out the scene with your colored pages.
Tip The rotor blades are thin, so children under 4 can skip them and color just the body and the sky. Each page takes about 15 to 25 minutes.
